Responsibilities

Scheduling meetings and maintaining correspondence in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
Processing staff travel requests, documenting accountability, maintaining a database of employee information
Assisting with change requests and task order modifications
File and document management
Logistics coordination
Technical and correspondence writing
Other administrative and clerical activities related to the work

Required

High School diploma required; An associate's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in office administration in a professional work environment
Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams); Power BI proficiency is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organization skills
Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills
Must be forward thinking, proactive and able to take initiative
Successful candidates will possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to help others; they are highly flexible to respond to various tasks and changing demands
Must be able to travel and deploy to disaster recovery operation for a minimum 90-day assignment; preference is for longer commitments
Must be able to work up to 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for extended periods of time
Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to successfully pass a federal background investigation that includes a financial and criminal history assessment
At this time, Dewberry will not sponsor a new applicant for work authorization
This position is covered by the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act of 1965 (SCA)

Preferred

An associate's degree from an accredited college or university
Power BI proficiency is a plus
