Client Support & Data Coordinator I

Responsibilities
Conducting scheduled calls with clients to retrieve required data files, verify information and ensure timely submission of updates
Inputting various types of data into our computer systems or databases which may include alphanumeric data, numerical data, text, and other relevant information
Pulling Data from Various Software Sources
Printing and Mailing Correspondence
Notice Verification within our Systems
Loading and Verifying Data into our Systems from various internal and external platforms
Clerical Work
Perform Manual Data Entry operational tasks
Work side by side with Operations Team
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Fast and accurate typing skills
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Must demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint)
Preferred
Additional education or training in data entry or computer-related or experience in a law office, collections environment, or tax office is a plus!
