Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely posting of payments to client files, including ACH/wires, checks, and credit cards in accordance with accounting policies and procedures

Scan and prepare payment posting batches to GL/billing system

Prepare daily cash log for payments received by mail and EFT

Research payment issues and communicate with other departments for a resolution

Use external commercial and third-party web portals to research and identify payment allocation for partial payments by working professional

Work closely with AR on tracking payments and credits for reconciliations and refunds

Assist with tracking and reissuing uncleared checks

Assist with Special Projects as assigned

Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
