Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
Manage trip reservations, enter trip details, provide accurate price quotes, and confirm bookings
Communicate professionally via email and phone to coordinate trips
Utilize standard office software and charter booking systems to ensure seamless trip scheduling
Qualification
Required

Ability to pass a DOT physical examination
Obtain a CDL with endorsements
Strong attention to detail

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using computers and booking software
