Responsibilities
Responsible for creating Integrated Master Schedules for all SCI Product Development programs
Coordinates, leads, develops, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex proposals, projects, programs and change driven activities
Facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plans, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, and techniques considered to be best practice across the industry
Responsible for the maintenance, coordination, and briefing of all associated schedules
Must interface with a multi-discipline team including program managers, engineering, and external customers
Create Summary Schedules that communicate and summarize the detailed IMS
Knowledgeable of product-oriented Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and able to advise program managers on how to best structure their WBS and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to facilitate EVM integration and rollup
Use Agile Methodology to plan out software development activities and integrate into the IMS
Is a Subject Matter Expert in the fields of Program Planning & Scheduling, the use of scheduling tools like MS Project and Deltek Open Plan
Provide schedule analysis and highlight potential schedule risks that may affect the program
Assist management in performing and meeting program and contractual requirements related to the IMS and associated reporting
Qualification
Required
DoD Scheduling Experience Required
Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
