Manager, Print Client Relationship Team

Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Client Relationship Representatives through recruiting, coaching, and ongoing mentorship to achieve retention and revenue targets
Drive strategic account management by implementing consultative, solutions-based approaches that strengthen client relationships, broaden product adoption, and maximize customer lifetime value
Monitor and optimize team performance using activity reviews, AI-powered tools, and direct interaction to ensure clients receive exceptional, efficient service
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Field Sales, Product Specialists, and support teams to identify growth opportunities, support negotiations, and drive successful contract renewals
Ensure operational excellence by maintaining accurate CRM documentation, staying current on product knowledge and sales programs, and enforcing policy compliance across the team
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by proactively identifying gaps in team capabilities, providing innovative solutions to challenges, and creating development opportunities that attract and retain top talent
Champion the customer voice by monitoring feedback through the Closed Loop NPS process and addressing employee relations and performance management situations with sound judgment
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience managing and developing customer-facing teams in a B2B environment, with demonstrated success in coaching individuals to exceed retention and revenue goals
Strategic account management expertise with the ability to implement consultative selling approaches and build long-term client relationships that drive business growth
Strong business acumen and analytical skills to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies for team success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience partnering across multiple departments and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Operational proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools, including experience leveraging technology and AI-powered solutions to optimize team performance
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively address challenges, provide innovative solutions, and make sound decisions on employee relations and performance management matters
Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences and a track record of using customer feedback to drive improvements
