Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AI practitioners; set clear goals, coach for growth, and manage performance across diverse levels of experience
Foster a culture of curiosity, rapid experimentation, responsible AI, and measurable business impact
Support recruiting efforts and help shape role clarity and career paths as the team evolves
Lead delivery of a portfolio of AI initiatives from discovery through deployment, focusing on rapid prototyping to test feasibility and value, followed by scaling of proven solutions
Translate business needs into AI solution designs in partnership with business leaders, BI&A analysts, and IT
Ensure solutions are reliable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with data governance standards. Adhere to standards for data preparation, model development and experimentation, deployment and integration, monitoring, insight delivery, and adoption of AI tools
Partner closely with IT to align development standards, security, and deployment pathways and integration with enterprise platforms
Work directly with business leaders across operational, financial, and Owner-facing domains to identify high-value use cases and drive adoption
Collaborate with BI&A Shared Services to ensure alignment with analytics standards, tooling strategies, and enablement efforts
Contribute to the development of clear, executive-ready updates and materials for leadership communications and reviews
Champion responsible AI practices including data privacy, security, fairness, and explainability
Participate in model risk management, governance reviews, and compliance processes in alignment with enterprise standards
Define success metrics for each AI initiative and track outcomes such as adoption, time savings, efficiency gains, and accuracy improvements
Partner with BI&A leadership and Shared Services to support enterprise-level value measurement frameworks and reporting
Contribute to AI literacy and readiness efforts through solution delivery, documentation, and collaboration

Required

Master's in Data Analytics or Computer Science
8-10 years of experience
8+ years of experience with advanced analytics or data science
3+ years leading analytical teams, preferably with ML focus
Strong grasp of AI/ML solution design, generative AI and LLMs, prompt engineering, and traditional ML
Working understanding of data engineering, feature pipelines, and distributed computing
Familiarity with model monitoring and evaluation frameworks
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-ready insights and clear business outcomes
Proven track record of delivering measurable impact and driving adoption
Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to partner with IT, business leaders, and analysts to deliver analytical solutions on time and aligned with standards
Knowledge of responsible AI principles, data privacy, security, and model fairness; experience operating within data governance frameworks
Working knowledge of common analytics platforms and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), plus modern AI/ML tooling
Proficiency with Python and common frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD for ML
