Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate ERP integrations between Procore, Viewpoint and Textura

Reconcile, validate and correct data entries within Procore, Viewpoint and Textura

Prepare, analyze, and distribute monthly project financial reports and oversee timely AP and expense cost approvals

Prepare and assist in tax returns and government licensing

Support the generation and submission of timely and accurate project invoices to clients and assist in outstanding accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments

Setup side jobs and maintain accurate revenue and cost records

Participate in project meetings as needed to provide financial insights and updates

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial issues and concerns

Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures; conduct regular audits of project financials to ensure accuracy and integrity

Assist in the development and implementation of improved financial controls and processes
