Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain business intelligence solutions that support operational and performance reporting needs
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify actionable insights that directly impact patient outcomes
Build and support analytics data pipelines from a multi-cloud environment (Azure, AWS) and on-premises systems
Improve the scalability, performance, and reliability of BI solutions as data volumes and complexity grow
Strengthen data quality, transparency, and trust through well-defined data models, clear documentation, and validation checks
Develop and optimize Qlik dashboards and data models that make complex data easier to understand and act on
Contribute to ongoing improvements in BI standards, dashboard usability, and analytics workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a U.S. university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
6+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data development roles
Experience working in an AWS-based analytics environment (experience with Azure is a plus)
Advanced SQL skills and a solid understanding of relational and analytical data structures
Familiarity with data warehousing and dimensional modeling concepts
Experience building or supporting ETL / ELT workflows across analytics and cloud platforms
Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and explain results
Available to work Central Time zone hours in a fully remote environment
Ready to start a 6-month contract-to-hire commitment with potential for permanent placement
Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or C2C arrangement
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Qlik, such as scripting, modeling, and dashboard development
Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare or pharmaceuticals
