Responsibilities

Travel to college campuses nationwide to represent Fast Enterprises and scout for emerging talent

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to final interview, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all candidates

Develop and maintain strong connections with candidates, faculty, and university staff to create a robust talent pipeline

Collaborate with the team to develop and execute recruiting strategies that attract top talent across various disciplines

Handle multiple recruiting-related tasks, such as preparing for career fairs, conducting phone interviews, and following up with candidates

Utilize various platforms like job boards, social media, and networking events to identify and engage potential candidates

Maintain and update iCIMS our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidate interactions and progress

Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with recruiting best practices

Work closely with hiring managers and other team members to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, with a 3.0 minimum GPA

Excited about the prospect of traveling across the U.S. on a weekly basis

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Naturally good at connecting with others and building strong, professional relationships

Ability to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat

Comfortable using various recruitment tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media platforms, and databases

Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can think on your feet and tackle challenges head-on

Eager to learn and grow within the company
