Interim Controller
LHH has partnered with a mid-size manufacturing organization in Fort Washington, PA, in their search for an Interim Controller. This role involves overseeing accounting functions and financial reporting while working closely with the CFO to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting functions, including monthly close and policy implementation
Streamline financial close
Develop monthly financial reporting trend files for senior leadership
Track KPIs for analysis
Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Staff
Conduct balance sheet analyses
Create budgeting processes for newly acquired businesses
Prepare year-end financial statements for audit
Qualification
Required
BS in Accounting / Finance
10+ years of related experience
Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration
Excellent communication and reporting abilities
