Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for complex technical projects
Lead technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of solutions aligned with client requirements
Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery
Manage project scope, ensuring changes are properly assessed and communicated to stakeholders
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering continuous learning and skill development
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify potential solutions and best practices for clients
Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology stacks for projects based on client requirements
Assemble and lead high-performing technical teams, including engineers, architects, and developers
Foster collaboration within teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project goals
Manage team performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement
Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into technical specifications
Proactively manage client expectations, address concerns, and build strong relationships
Conduct regular status updates and presentations to clients, demonstrating project progress and value delivered

Required

12 + years of strong hands on technical expertise in relevant technologies (e.g., cloud computing, traditional infrastructure, and cybersecurity)
10 + years of technical delivery management experience at a consulting firm
Significant expertise in technology/commercial due diligence, digital transformation, or related consulting domains
Proven experience managing complex technology projects from inception to delivery
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and guide technical teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate technical challenges
Project management expertise
Ability to manage budgets and resource allocation effectively
Public Cloud engineering and architecture experience (Azure and/or AWS)
On-prem data center migration and architecture experience
Storage architecture
Virtualization
