Completes work efforts in a timely and comprehensive manner

Takes the initiative to either work out or research a work effort

Seeks help and guidance from officer mentors

Has skills in performing design research, design studies, graphics and renderings

Required

Pursuing a Bachelor of Architecture or Masters of Architecture degree from an accredited university is required

Demonstrated experience with REVIT, Sketch-up, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

Established digital and traditional rendering and graphics abilities

Candidates should possess a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and be team oriented

Qualified candidates should exhibit strong organizational skills, clear design thinking, and good oral and written communication skills

A design portfolio or sampling of work will be required
