Marketing Assistant Account Executive
Kirvin Doak Communications is a national full-service agency for PR, marketing, social media and digital influence. They are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Assistant Account Executive to support the Marketing Account Director with project tracking, scheduling, and reporting, while managing client expectations and communications.
Public Relations
Responsibilities
Manage client billing processes, including invoice review, reconciliation, and coordination with internal finance teams to ensure accurate and timely billing
Create and maintain client-facing creative grids outlining asset specifications, run dates, creative due dates, and supporting notes to ensure clear timelines and successful execution
Prepare creative agendas for client meetings and lead creative discussions, providing recommendations and driving next steps
Ensure all creative assets are delivered to vendors accurately and on time, managing deadlines, specifications, and approvals to support seamless campaign execution
Develop and manage creative assets for Google Ads campaigns from a digital-first perspective, including writing headlines and descriptions as well as coordinating and trafficking supporting assets such as Performance Max images, YouTube videos, logos, and other required formats
Manage client expectations by communicating campaign and project status, maintaining rapport and resolving issues
Day-to-day communications, fostering strong working relationships with internal and external associates
Executing projects and plans – with the oversight of the Account Director, you will facilitate creative input briefs, guide external vendors and set expectations with the client to ensure timeliness and overall satisfaction
Manage production/projects through to completion
Qualification
Required
Requires an understanding of media planning and buying
Strong written communication and presentation skills
Personable, team-player committed to agency's vision
Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to organize multiple projects
Must be flexible, dedicated, hardworking, diplomatic and highly organized
The ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment is also required
Bachelor's Degree (in marketing, advertising, business or related field)
Familiarly with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred
Experience with Project Management tools (SharePoint, Workamajig, Asana) a plus
