Responsibilities

Follow established onboarding workflows, checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to review new client applications and perform know-your-customer (KYC) reviews

Validate required documentation (e.g., identity, entity, or supporting materials) against onboarding requirements

Identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential risk indicators and escalate issues appropriately

Communicate professionally and clearly with clients regarding onboarding requirements and next steps

Request additional information or clarification in a courteous, consistent, and compliant manner

Manage multiple onboarding cases while maintaining responsiveness and accuracy

Maintain organized records to support auditability and quality assurance

Incorporate feedback to continuously improve accuracy and efficiency
