Responsibilities
Lead post-implementation engagements, serving as the primary point of contact for expansion, system enhancements, and stabilization initiatives
Deep-dive into client requirements to creatively configure Zip, solving complex business problems without needing deep technical coding
Empower stakeholders through high-impact training sessions, ensuring they can navigate and manage Zip independently
Work directly with Product and Engineering to funnel customer feedback into the roadmap, and collaborate with Account Management to ensure long-term account health
Continuously refine our Managed Services delivery model to maximize the value customers derive from the platform
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in ERP/P2P Systems, Procurement, Finance, Tax or Operations Consulting, Managed Services, or B2B SaaS implementation/account management
Direct experience implementing or administering tools like NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Sage, or QuickBooks
A proven ability to 'push back' on requests when necessary while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Extreme attention to detail and a proactive mindset—you anticipate needs before the client does
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for leading client cadences and stakeholder workshops
Comfortable 'rolling up their sleeves' to build configurations while simultaneously managing high-level executive relationships
