Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components according to specifications

Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols

Set up jigs, fixtures, and components for accurate welding and assembly

Operate manual and electric cutting tools, band saws, grinders, and drills

Inspect welds for quality, penetration, and dimensional accuracy

Assist with layout and fit-up of complex assemblies

Follow safety procedures and quality standards

Comply with PPE requirements, ensure proper ventilation, and maintain the work area clean and hazard-free

Perform any other related or non-related tasks as assigned by management, as required to support operational efficiency and business needs

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

3–5 years of welding experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment

Proficient in MIG welding; experience with stainless steel and aluminum is required

Spanish is required

Preferred

English is not required but is desirable
