This role focuses on providing technical application support across advanced CNC machining centers and works closely with customers, sales, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand part requirements and develop optimized machining solutions
Evaluate part geometries and define machining processes, tooling, and NC programs
Support pre-sales activities including demos, test cuts, and technical presentations
Provide post-installation application support, on-site visits, and process optimization
Collaborate with sales, distributors, and internal engineering teams to drive successful implementations
Qualification
Required
Background in CNC programming, manufacturing engineering, or applications engineering
Strong CAD/CAM experience (NX, Mastercam, Hypermill, or similar)
Comfortable in customer-facing environments with strong communication skills
Willingness to travel extensively (domestic and international)
No Sponsorship or Visas Offered - Candidates need to hold the right to work in the USA
