Qualification
Required

Solid skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
A customer-first mindset and a love for helping others
A basic understanding of Google and Facebook
Some knowledge of HTML (a plus, not a must)
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple projects
Professional, upbeat communicator—on the phone and in writing
Strong initiative and follow-through
