Responsibilities
Research and compare Learning Management Systems to find the best fit for our business. Deliver a weighted comparison based on cost, UX, and scalability
Evaluate and recommend secure methods for housing our internal data. You will map out our specific business requirements and vet AI vendors to ensure their data handling, and privacy protocols align with our security standards
Identify the tools and workflows needed to automate the population of spreadsheet data into visual dashboards and executive-ready representations
Research and identify Private Equity firms and Family Offices
Source and vet strategic partners, delivering decision-ready lists supported by clear rationale
Qualification
Required
5+ years as a Strategic Research Analyst, Business Solutions Consultant, Platform Strategy Analyst, Strategy & Operations Consultant or similar role
Business Platforms Literacy: Deep comfort researching emerging tech (AI, Automation, LMS) without being a coder
Excellent Judgment & Discernment: You can spot a red flag in a vendor or a gap in a plan instantly
Synthesis: You can take 10 pages of tech specs and turn them into a 1-page executive recommendation
Autonomous Problem Solving: You don't need a manual; you write the manual
Preferred
Strategic Background: Experience in private equity, consulting, or mid-market environments is highly preferred
