NR Consulting is seeking a Patient Services Representative – Trainer responsible for delivering a standardized training program for newly hired Patient Service Representatives. This role includes on-site training, performance assessment, and ensuring high-quality patient service delivery.

Responsibilities

Facilitate orientation and ongoing training for Patient Services Representatives

Deliver on-site and remote training across various clinic or department locations

Provide coaching and at-elbow training when additional support is identified

Evaluate trainee performance and report on training outcomes to leadership

Ensure consistency and quality in service delivery across all patient-facing functions

Required

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Ambulatory/admitting, Patient registration, Pre-registration & pre-certification

OR 1+ year of the above experience combined with an associate's degree

Minimum 1 year of experience in a lead, trainer, or educator role

Proficiency in third-party applications such as: Payment Navigator, One Source/Passport, Microsoft Teams
