SERVPRO of Olathe/Lenexa is a leading provider of restoration services specializing in water and fire damage restoration. They are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire and Water Restoration Supervisor to oversee restoration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Consumer Services

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all aspects of water and fire damage restoration projects
Lead and manage a team of restoration technicians, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and according to company standards
Conduct on-site assessments to determine the extent of damage and develop restoration plans
Oversee the mitigation and restoration process, including water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and smoke/odor removal
Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the restoration process
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or obstacles, and implement solutions to ensure timely completion
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
Provide training and mentorship to restoration technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge

Required

Experience in water and/or fire damage restoration required
Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
Strong organization and detail oriented skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred

IICRC certification in water damage restoration and/or fire and smoke restoration preferred
