Responsibilities
Lead a global team of SAP Project Managers and Developers responsible for delivering customer- and employee-facing solutions that are used in Apple Retail Stores around the world and in the Apple Online Store
Cultivate a culture of rapid learning, iteration, and innovation
Work cross-functionally with partners across the company to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers and employees
Lead in a variety of ways - energy, action, expertise, relationships, and collaboration with the goal of building the greatest experiences on earth
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience managing large SAP teams in the Retail and Online eCommerce space
10+ years of experience managing a large, global portfolio of cross-functional projects and teams in the retail or online space, delivering them on time and on budget
10+ years of experience implementing SAP and non-SAP technologies in retail and online contexts. This can include configuring and customizing SAP S4/HANA Retail, Cloud, and Business Technology Platform development, SAP Hybris and Cloud Commerce implementation, Point of Sale integration, and Configure-Price-Quote solutions
Strong knowledge of retail and online business processes, including inventory management, RFID solutions, reservation systems, omni-channel solutions, buy online and pickup in-store solutions, ship-from-store solutions, planograms, assortment management, and in-store traffic management
Preferred
Successfully led and upleveled a diverse team of project managers, developers, engineers, and cross-functional partners, achieving optimal project outcomes and delivery
Experience integrating with digital marketplaces and solutions such as T-Mall, Duoyin, WhatsApp
Successful track record of implementing emerging technologies, including GenAI/ML in retail, online, operations, or supply chain context
Exceptional executive communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to produce executive-level briefings
Builds trust quickly, excels in communication and expertise, delivers consistently, innovates, solves problems, and influences effectively
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with vendors, partners, and business stakeholders to build capability and implementation roadmaps
