Responsibilities

Manage electronic money transfers through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network

Ensure adherence to NACHA rules and accurate money movement

Review detailed ACH files for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Monitor and manage ACH exceptions, including research, adjustments, unauthorized transactions, and ACH disputes

Process ACH reclamations and research government payments on deceased accounts

Assure audit compliance and procedure quality control

Recommend and initiate corrective actions to ensure compliance with established Bank policies and regulations

Evaluate the impact of applicable NACHA regulatory changes

Take ownership of customer and Bank personnel issues, ensuring timely response and resolution

Proactively contact branches and customers to provide resolution and explanation of account activity

Assist in department projects

Identify and mitigate risk/fraud related items, escalating appropriately

Assist with monitoring and maintaining risk and exposure limits
