Responsibilities

Prioritize customer success with a strong commitment to high-quality support and delivery
Independently create detailed project and resource plans while collaborating closely with clients and internal Professional Services practice leads
Ensure all projects align with Professional Services standards, stay within scope and budget, and adhere to timelines
Partner closely with CSMs, Enterprise Account Managers, Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to ensure alignment with company goals and seamless execution
Provide oversight and mentorship to onboarding specialists, ensuring best-practice implementation, skills development, and consistent delivery quality

Qualification

Required

Experience with data modeling and the ability to structure data in a clear, scalable way for analytics needs
Proficiency in SQL to confidently query, validate, and troubleshoot data throughout project delivery
Strong project management skills enabling you to plan, coordinate, and execute projects from start to finish
Excellent communication skills to lead client conversations, facilitate discussions, and drive alignment

Preferred

Curiosity about AI technologies and willingness to explore new ways of working with AI tools
Ability to take ownership and independently resolve customer challenges when needed
Prior experience leading a team, with the potential to build and manage a team in the future
