Responsibilities

Assist in all sustainment integration activities associated within the portfolio and across the U-2 enterprise
Support the U-2 Program by managing Product Quality Deficiency Reports, Root Cause Corrective Actions, Material Improvement Projects, and Review Board
Interface with vendors and maintain reports, CDRL delivery, and dashboard maintenance
Research field asset and repair postures, develop tableau dashboards, and use repair and supply status for parts/material in ALMSS/CALMSS, SFM, SAP, and BLADE
Provide detailed briefs/sitreps for the Program Office and other program stakeholders
Support requirements for implementation of support equipment, spares, repairs, Supplier coordination, and depot requirements
Create internal and external program-level presentations to communicate statuses effectively
Work closely within the ILS team to ensure logistics and sustainment planning meets contractual obligations
Support regularly scheduled meetings with suppliers and collaborate with various teams to ensure timely attention and tracking of items

Required

Holds a Final Secret clearance with an Investigation or CV date within 5 years
Holds a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM related discipline, or equivalent education/experience
Demonstrated analytical skills in solving complex technical problems
Demonstrated experience in process improvement and deploying problem solving skills

Preferred

Experience with aircraft platforms (i.e. U2, F-16, F-35, F-22)
Program/Project management experience
Working knowledge of Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDR), Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) process, Logistics Support, Root Cause Corrective Actions
Experience coordinating and tracking issues through resolution and corrective action
Knowledge of USAF Sustainment, DOD System Acquisition, and Industry Partnerships
Demonstrated ability to work independently with little oversight/direction
Experience with maintenance and troubleshooting
Database management, SAP, SFM, BLADE experience
