Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Lunavi's goals
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance and surpass sales targets
Instill a sense of urgency in driving revenue and achieving goals
Oversee the Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion
Implement best practices to enhance customer relationships and maximize customer lifetime value
Drive the adoption and sales of Microsoft solutions, leveraging our partnership to deliver value to clients
Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies and trends to provide expert guidance
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies
Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and brand positioning
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals
Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the company's strategic vision
Provide insights and recommendations to shape business development and growth strategies
Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and customer satisfaction
Regularly report progress to the executive team
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years in a senior sales leadership role within the IT consulting or technology sector
Strong understanding of Microsoft solutions and experience selling Microsoft products and services
Proven experience scaling sales success in consulting services and managed services
Proven ability to drive significant revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in overseeing Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and ensuring customer satisfaction
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical delivery teams, and executive leadership
Ability to run a highly competent organization that strives to exceed sales targets
Experience with Azure platform, including cloud services, data and AI solutions, and software solutions that meet business needs following modern development principles
