Responsibilities

Managing fast-paced design projects while providing innovative solutions to solve design and construction challenges

Working alongside an industry-leading, multi-disciplinary datacenter design team

Mentoring junior staff throughout the design and construction process

Project design development and production delivery Identifying and addressing design related issues

Construction administrative processes including site observation, collaborating with clients, owners, and contractors

Oversight of budget, schedule, jurisdictional requirements

Occasional travel within the US

Required

Experience in organizing project design development and production delivery

Skilled at identifying and addressing issues to reach the best resolution

Successful at leading, organizing and collaborating with a team of disciplines and consultants

Strong detailing skills and proficiency in construction administrative processes

Proficiency with REVIT

Understanding construction processes and methods and how it impacts the project

Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and adjust to meet fast deadlines

Knowledge of sustainability, quality control, and building codes

Ability to obtain security clearance

Degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university

10+ years overall experience in mission critical projects and large scale, multi-disciplinary design
