Responsibilities

Lead marketing and brokerage assignments for ranchland, timberland, agricultural, and recreational properties across Texas
Prepare offering and listing materials with support from LandVest’s in-house GIS/cartography, marketing, and analytics resources
Conduct property tours and site visits; deliver responsive, professional client communication
Support negotiations and coordinate transaction and closing logistics with internal and external partners
Develop and maintain relationships with landowners and advisors to generate new assignments and referrals

Required

5+ years of relevant experience in land brokerage, agriculture/ranch operations, forestry, or similar field-based natural resource work
Active (or obtainable) Texas real estate broker's license
Strong writing, organization, and client-service skills
Willingness to travel frequently throughout Texas for fieldwork and tours
Located in (or willing to relocate to) the service region
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently throughout Texas
Ability to work outdoors on uneven terrain and in varied weather conditions for site visits

Preferred

Demonstrated transaction experience with rural land, ranchland, timberland, conservation, or institutional ownership
Working knowledge of Texas land markets, water considerations, and rural land management practices
Experience with GIS or mapping tools and the ability to interpret survey, title, and resource data
Established professional network in Texas and/or adjacent markets
