Ecommerce Manager

Nfinity Athletic is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to oversee all E-Commerce and Digital Marketing strategies. The role involves managing various eCommerce platforms, developing digital programs, and collaborating with multiple departments to enhance customer experience and drive online sales.

Responsibilities

Develop the Omni-Channel strategic plan related to key initiatives, product launch timeline, FBA shipments, and advertising spend strategy
Owner of all Omni-Channel programs including .com, Amazon, Wal-mart, Shopify, etc. is responsible for researching new eCommerce channels to expand the online presence and grow eSales. This includes, but is not limited to ongoing analysis of the business, communication of program results on a regular basis, proactive insights to grow the program operationally or financially, guide and contribute to decisions on overall strategy and program development
Manage paid media and programmatic DSP
Responsible for strategic and conceptual design, implementation, ongoing program management, and analysis of programs and projects that support the Omni-Channel strategy. This includes management of multiple complex projects at one time. Partner cross functionally with teams such as Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales and Events, etc
Maintain an authoritative knowledge of Omni-Channel success factors, trends and best practices. Benchmark and maintain an awareness of emerging Omni-Channel technologies. Identify new areas of Omni opportunity beyond current organizational thinking
Manage Amazon Seller Central with the ability to manage Amazon Vendor Central
Manage Amazon Sponsored Brand Ads and Video listings, Sponsored display Ads, retargeting, and Amazon marketing
Google and Facebook marketing
Manage Customer Experience department while developing and holding representatives accountable to duties and responsibilities. Delegate key action items in an effort to improve guest and internal processes within the department
Provide in-person, online and telephone support to customers
SEO and analytics on all Omni-Channel strategies

Required

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
3 - 5 years of experience of working directly in Amazon Account Management, Amazon Ads Management, Digital Marketing Campaigns, Omni-Channel E-Com Management, AND Customer Service is required
Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills across various medias including: written, verbal, and phone
Extensive understanding of project management principles, methods and techniques
Outstanding analytical skills with attention to detail
Prior people management experience and direct reports
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, exercise good judgment and be flexible in response to change
Team player & people leader
Advanced in Word, Excel and the computer operating systems
Seasonal travel, weekend and evening work is required
