Latitude Legal is partnering with a growing boutique law firm in Boise, ID, to recruit two Associate Attorneys for its family law practice. The role involves supporting senior attorneys, drafting legal documents, and representing clients, while offering a collaborative environment and opportunities for mentorship.

Responsibilities

Support senior attorneys with client consultations, case management, and legal research

Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents

Represent clients in court and mediation as opportunities arise

Collaborate with partners on case strategy and client counseling

Learn and stay current on family law developments and best practices

Qualification

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the Idaho Bar

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

Team-oriented but able to work independently

Preferred

Experience practicing family law desired but not required

Newly barred attorneys are encouraged to apply
