Act as subject matter expert for IT-related contracts (hardware, software, services)
Negotiate terms, conditions, incentives, remedies
Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, and stakeholders to secure best financial terms
Maintain contract database, track obligations/deliverables
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, assist with audits, mediate disputes

Required

5+ years of experience in Contract Management or Paralegal Work
Negotiating and managing contract life cycles (focus on IT service agreements, technology contracts)

Ability to determine contractual and financial exposure and negotiate contracts
Bridge communications between IT and business organizations to structure contracts aligned with business needs
Manage IT contract lifecycle: amendments, changes, modifications, performance clauses
Act as subject matter expert for IT-related contracts (hardware, software, services)
Negotiate terms, conditions, incentives, remedies
Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, and stakeholders to secure best financial terms

Preferred

Knowledge of contracting trends, licensing models, vendor performance models
Project and process management for multiple vendors/contracts
Understanding of contract risks and strategies for risk mitigation
