The role involves providing daily customer service and administrative support for residents and staff, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with service providers.

Responsibilities

Provide daily customer service and administrative support for residents and staff
Support de-escalation efforts and collaborate with service providers
Maintain accurate documentation and assist with property operations
Uphold safety, confidentiality, and professional boundaries
Use essential systems and applications (Outlook, Teams, Yardi, Maintenance IQ, MyQ, SharePoint, etc.)
