Responsibilities

Lead and execute high-speed PCB layout design projects using Cadence Allegro Layout tool (v17.4 or above)
Deliver complex PCB CAD layouts for high-density, high-speed designs , including:
DDR4/LPDDR4 memory interfaces
PCIe Gen4/Gen5
Power delivery networks
Mixed analog/digital circuits
Apply HDI microvia technology and advanced stack-up strategies for high-performance boards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure DFA/DFM/DFT compliance for quality fabrication and assembly
Utilize Constraint Editor System (CES) for high-speed, constraint-driven designs
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members to achieve quality deliverables

Required

High-speed PCB layout design experience
10–14 years of CAD experience with proven expertise in Cadence Allegro Layout tool (v17.4 or above)
Hands-on experience with HDI microvia technology in Allegro
Strong knowledge of CES and high-speed constraint-driven design methodologies
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred

Experience with Intel or complex SoC/Microprocessor/FPGA-based PCB designs
Familiarity with high-speed interfaces and signal integrity best practices
Understanding of quality assurance processes for PCB fabrication and assembly
