Harness Fabricator 1

The Harness Fabricator 1 will be responsible for building and terminating wiring harnesses for aircraft installation, performing various aviation electrical and fabrication processes, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
Build and terminate wiring harnesses to a high quality for aircraft installation
Perform a variety of aviation electrical and fabrication processes to include but not limited to wire marking, soldering, crimping, connector termination and assembly
Perform electrical wiring modifications to equipment
Inspect and/test wiring installations, assemblies or circuits
Perform kitting fabrication/ operations as designed
Ensure work meets quality standards set by the organization
Complete all required paperwork and computer documentation for harness and component fabrication
Perform other related duties & responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Fanatical attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to work independently
Experienced with all MS Office suites
Preferred
IPC/WHMA-A-620 highly desired
Understanding of avionics and electrical wiring diagrams and circuits is preferred
Knowledge of various wire harness tools to include manual and crimpers is preferred
Prior experience in electrical harness fabrication is a plus
Prior aviation electrical experience is a plus
