Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product design efforts for enterprise-level applications and platforms

Facilitate discovery sessions with internal clients and stakeholders to uncover user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

Design intuitive, visually compelling, and scalable UI/UX solutions rooted in best practices and data

Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other designers to maintain consistency across platforms and ensure design intent is preserved

Make confident, strategic design decisions and communicate them clearly across various teams and contexts

Champion a user-centered mindset and high-quality design standards across all touchpoints

Required

8+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise product and app design

Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining strong team collaboration

Exceptional communication skills, including experience in client-facing roles and working directly with decision-makers

Strong UI and UX skills, including the ability to translate data into effective user experiences

Proficiency in Sketch and other design tools

Experience conducting discovery processes and translating insights into scalable design strategies

Strategic thinker with a knack for asking the right questions to uncover hidden needs

Experience working in high-tech environments and navigating the complexities of large organizations

Preferred

Familiarity with design systems at scale

Background in working with agile product teams

Experience in complex and highly technical product domains
