Responsibilities

Contact center role supporting internal Abbott employees
Assistance with Workday system, policy questions, and data changes
Handle emails, chats, web forms, phone calls, and Teams appointments
Provide support for Spanish-speaking employees, especially from Puerto Rico
Use ticketing system (ServiceNow) and Workday for updates

Required

Bilingual in Spanish
Customer service experience
Strong typing and technology skills

Experience with Workday system
