ArtsQuest is seeking a Web Development Intern to assist with various projects related to their branded websites. The intern will be involved in tasks such as content management, image editing, and website maintenance while gaining experience in web development technologies.

Responsibilities

Processing and adding event data to WordPress website as well as the Musikfest and Levitt app
Resizing images, adding and formatting content
Assist in the maintenance of the website
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities
Assist the Senior Web Content Specialist as needed
Interns will be required to work at least 16-24 hours per week, or as needed to fulfill credit requirements

Assist in the maintenance of several branded websites
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities
Assist the Web Development manager as needed

Required

Currently enrolled in a full time undergraduate or graduate degree program
Prior knowledge of WordPress, its functions and capabilities
Working knowledge or proficiency with HTML, CSS, or other languages
Intern must be organized and detail oriented
An interest or passion for the arts
Able to set and adhere to strict deadlines

Preferred

Prior experience with web development is a plus
