Summit Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Operations Support Intern to assist the operations team in optimizing processes and improving efficiency. This role provides hands-on experience in analyzing performance metrics and contributing to initiatives that enhance customer experience and agent productivity.

Responsibilities

Examine workflows and processes for bottlenecks or redundancies

Document at least 3 process inefficiencies and propose actionable recommendations by Week 6

Update operational procedures and training materials

Complete updates to 2 key process documents and ensure they are accessible in the knowledge base by the end of the internship

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with contact center tools is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

This role requires you to be present in person at our main office
