Technical Support Specialist
Pacer Staffing is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide service desk support. The role involves delivering Level 2 support and troubleshooting for Windows OS, hardware, and enterprise applications while ensuring excellent customer service.

Provide Level 2 support
Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and common enterprise applications
Support users via calls, emails, and chat
Qualification
Required
A+ Certification is required
2+ years of experience in IT support or service desk environment
Experience providing Level 2 support
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, hardware, and common enterprise applications
Experience supporting users via calls, emails, and chat
Strong communication and customer service skills
