Successful completion is when the patient’s information is collected timely, accurately and their financial responsibility is collected to the best of our ability
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two (2) years' experience in a customer service capacity
Preferred
Associate degree preferred
Minimum two (2) years' experience in a medical or financial field preferred
