Administrative Assistant - Ecommerce and Merchandising
Complete Tile Collection is celebrating its 21st year as a favorite of the interior design community. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support ecommerce and merchandising efforts, focusing on data management, product updates, and teamwork to enhance client experiences.
Responsibilities
Update product details and pricing on Quickbooks
Use Magento and Adobe Commerce to create, update, and maintain consistent product information on website
Create merchandising information labels for showroom displays
Create and organize labels for the sample library (samples & sample bins)
Maintain updated price books from factories and vendors
Place replenishment orders for the sample library to factories and vendors
Assist VP of Marketing with various data entry and website maintenance tasks
Work together as a team to accomplish important tasks that may arise
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Administrative Experience
Strong typing skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Efficient Workload Management and Prioritization
Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
Preferred
Basic QuickBooks knowledge a Plus
Basic Adobe InDesign knowledge a Plus
Basic Adobe Photoshop knowledge a Plus
