Strategic Development Manager, Adobe Acrobat Studio and Express

Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that address their prioritized executive business challenges
Conduct compelling Adobe Acrobat Studio, Express and Firefly product demonstrations, showcasing the value and capabilities within an enterprise business
Partner with your customer success, sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful solution implementation
Qualification
Required
At least five years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Sales, or in a customer IT/Creative role
Validated experience working in enterprise software and ability to grasp, adopt and teach new solutions quickly
Strong ability to deliver engaging and persuasive software demonstrations both in-person and virtually. On camera presence for virtual engagement with customers
Ability to employ an advisory approach to comprehend business gaps and propose appropriate solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying intricate technical concepts clearly and concisely
Travel as required for the role, potentially making frequent trips. 15% - 40% travel
Ability to work independently, lead commitments, and deliver on deadlines successfully
Preferred
Extensive experience with Document Cloud and/or Creative Cloud solutions, including Adobe Acrobat Pro, Express, Acrobat AI Assistant, Photoshop / Creative Professional build apps, Express, and/or other API solutions
Deep understanding of roles and inner-workings of professional services organizations and/or large advertising firms, through use of emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence
