Mount Sinai Health System is one of the largest academic medical systems in the New York metro area, and they are seeking a Program Coordinator for HR Talent Development & Learning. The role involves overseeing operational aspects of programs, staff development, and acting as a liaison for grants and budgets.

Responsibilities
Recruits, trains and supervises staff, delegating assignments, supervisory duties and addressing areas of concern, developing areas of improvement, and providing constructive feedback
Develops education component of program by ensuring appropriate planning, implementation and evaluation of training, recruitment, curriculum development, outreach, workshops, material development and special projects
Coordinates recruitment, training, monitoring, guidance and evaluation
Oversees grant-related issues including budget, reporting of statistics, and meeting with funders
Oversees administrative duties including employee schedules, employee timesheets, ordering of materials, distribution of check requests, and tracking expenditures
Establishes and maintains linkages with community agencies as applicable
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may substitute for the degree when the experiences are closely related to the duties of the job
Preferred
1-2 years administrative experience preferred
