Senior Business Development Representative (Outbound) – Managed IT & Cybersecurity (MSP)
Midnight Blue Technology Services is a recognized leader in providing Managed IT and Cybersecurity services to small and mid-sized businesses. They are seeking an experienced Outbound Senior Business Development Representative to build a pipeline through cold calling, networking, and relationship building with SMBs in need of reliable IT and cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities
Identify and target businesses that are a strong fit for managed IT and cybersecurity
Execute outbound outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) to generate qualified meetings
Follow up with leads from local networking, referrals, and outbound campaigns
Qualify prospects based on pain, fit, urgency, and decision-maker access
Book and prepare meetings with key stakeholders (owner/COO/CFO/Office Manager)
Track activity and results in CRM, maintaining accurate notes and next steps
Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and improve conversion
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in outbound sales, appointment setting, and lead generation
Ability to quickly build rapport with business owners and operational leaders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Experience with CRM platforms and sales tracking systems
Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
Highly motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred
Background with managed IT services, cybersecurity, or technical sales is a plus
