In this position, you will assist travelers with vacation planning, itinerary coordination, and serve as a primary point of contact throughout the booking process.

Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate customized travel experiences for leisure travelers
Communicate with clients to assess travel preferences, schedules, and budgets
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
Manage travel bookings, confirmations, itineraries, and documentation
Provide professional customer support before and during travel
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic computer skills, including email, web-based systems, and online research
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and follow processes
