Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one and group benefit consultations with employees
Educate clients on supplemental insurance options and coverage features
Work with local businesses, schools, and organizations during benefit enrollments
Follow established systems, schedules, and performance expectations
Build and manage a personal book of business
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development programs
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively
Coachable mindset and willingness to learn
Comfortable working in a performance-driven role
Must be able to obtain a state insurance license (training provided)
Preferred
Competitive or team-oriented background preferred
2-15 Life & Health License is a plus
