Responsibilities
Coordinate monthly leadership updates in partnership with pillar leads, consolidating and delivering concise status reports to leadership
Develop and maintain NTI processes, facilitating the sharing of best practices and updates across the organization
Oversee NTI database management, ensuring accurate documentation and maintenance of all Wearables NTIs
Facilitate quarterly VP-level review sessions to assess NTI progress and ensure strategic alignment
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
5 years of experience in technical program management, process improvement, or tool adoption roles, preferably in hardware product development
Experience in building sustainable processes for cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading change management initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Preferred
Prior experience in AR/MR, consumer electronics, or hardware industries
Knowledge of consumer hardware development lifecycles
Experience working with contractor workforce models
Background in AppSheets, to help and automate tooling
