Pricing Analyst

Responsibilities

Daily Review and Approval of Claims for ADSD-N as well as supporting WW during peak activities
Regular review and approval of Merchandising programs with a focus on compliance
Support the Pricing solution Team on commercial consultation as needed
Lead quarterly training for America’s Program Creators
SME / Lead on specific America’s Sales variance related projects
Support on Compliance processes
UAT (User acceptance Testing) activities for PSCS as needed

Required

University Degree in Business/Marketing/Management or equivalent experience
Data Gathering & Analysis; Excel proficiency

Good Caterpillar Aftermarket understanding
Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions
Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems
Effective Communications: Understanding effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors

Preferred

Experience in claims processing and/or auditing
Proven expertise in Sales Variance and/or Parts Pricing
Familiarity with working alongside dealers and Caterpillar field reps
