Content Developer, Customer Trust Content Management

Responsibilities
Developing standard operating procedure (SOP) documents for risk and fraud associates and email communications for Amazon's customers
Documenting operational processes and creating messaging for a global audience
Working with global stakeholders to understand business priorities and legal requirements that drive the need for high-quality content
Looking for ways to improve the reader experience
Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality content that responds to the rapidly changing seller landscape
Contributing to team-level goals and initiatives
Working on content projects, team-level goals and initiatives, and ad-hoc tasks simultaneously
Troubleshooting tool issues impacting content and flagging issues to the relevant tech teams
Qualification
Required
Experience managing content projects of varying complexity
Experience executing content projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
Experience in editing, copy-editing, and proofreading
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings
Experience working with global teams and diverse partners
Strong content strategy and information architecture skills
Demonstrated success at learning and explaining business processes
Good judgment and effective communication
Preferred
Experience managing content projects of varying complexity, conducting content review and overseeing localization
Experience working with global cross-functional teams
Experience in a multi-language publishing environment, including globalization for translation
Experience in international content or localization of content
Can manage a high volume of requests and competing deadlines
Experience with basic HTML, website management and content management systems (CMS)
Bachelor's degree in a related field
4+ years of Amazon, or 3+ years of customer-facing environment experience
